SCHEDULED PICKUP

Local pickup is not always available. We are an engineering and e-commerce business, not focusing or even being prepared for visitors and walk-in customers. Regardless, we still try to offer our loyal, local customers from Windsor-Essex County to save the shipping fees and to pick up their orders in person.

If you want to pick up your order, enter the coupon code “PICKUPWINDSOR” on the cart page or checkout page to circumvent the calculation of shipping fees.

As soon we are processing your order, we will contact you by email to arrange a pickup appointment. Typically, your order will available for pickup the next business day between 9:30 and 15:30 from our office location at 4650 Tecumseh Rd E, N8W 1K7.

We can not accept cash or card payments at our office location. You must have placed your order and paid for it prior to picking it up.
