SCHEDULED PICKUP

Local pickup is not always available. We are an engineering and e-commerce business, not focusing or even being prepared for visitors and walk-in customers. Regardless, we still try to offer our loyal, local customers from Windsor-Essex County to save the shipping fees and to pick up their orders in person.

Please understand that the availability of this option depends on our workload, current staffing, holidays and other factors.

If you want to schedule a pickup time for your order to avoid shipping costs, you must select “Scheduled Pickup” as the shipping option.

Pickup requires you to schedule an appointment by email, and it is available earliest the next business day (Mo-Fr) from 10 AM to 2 PM at 4650 Tecumseh Rd E, N8W 1K7.

We can not accept cash or card payments at our office location. You must place and pay for your order online in advance to picking up your items.
