USB to UART Serial Port Adapter. This Adapter connects for example ESP32-CAM Modules or Arduino Pro Mini to a host computer for programming, monitoring and data transfer.
The Chip on this module is a genuine FTDI FT232RL. We use the same module as we use for our FTDI compatible FT232 module, but we assemble genuine FTDI chips ourselves to guarantee their authenticity. This explains the identical pictures we use for both versions.
