SAMD21 M0-Mini is a 32-bit ARM Cortex development module of a similar size to an Arduino NANO but with a powerful 32-bit processor running at 48MHz. The chip comes with 256KB flash and 32KB SRAM.

SAMD21 M0-Mini is compatible with Arduino Zero and supported by the Arduino IDE.
