RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. We want you to shop with confidence. We guarantee you’ll receive your item on time and as described.
Every one of our customers receives the following guarantees:
- Full Refund if you don’t receive your order.
- Full or Partial Refund if the item is not as described.
If your item differs significantly from the product description, you can A: Return it and get a full refund, or B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of UNIVERSAL-SOLDER (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
No refund is available for sale items (discounted or 3-for-2) or for reduced “clear out” items. Please do not return such items at all.
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and the same condition as you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice copy) added to your return shipment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be applied as shopping coupons only.
We do not offer exchanges, only refunds. It is on you to order again the same or a different product.

You will be responsible for return shipping fees. We will not accept fright-collect returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
