RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. We want you to shop with confidence. In case your order was wrong or parts were missing, we will issue a refund for the missing or wrong item(s).
If your item differs significantly from the product description, you can A: Return it and get a full refund, or B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.
A refund is not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing wrong shipping address, not picking up from post office)
- Your order did not arrive due to circumstances out of our control (e.g. not cleared customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
Discounted and sale items (e.g. percentage, clear-out or 3-for-2) are exempt from returns. Please do not return those items at all.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to accept your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it.
To complete your return, please add a copy of your invoice or packaging slip to your return shipment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be applied as shopping coupons only.
We do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

You will be responsible for return shipping fees. We will not accept fright-collect returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return from outside of Canada, declare a return without value. We are not able to pay customs and fees in order to receive your return shipment.
