50 pcs Diodes 1N4007 1A 1000V DO-41

Standard rectifier diode 1A. The series 1N400x covers a voltage range from 100V (peak) to 1000V (peak) reverse voltage. Since there is no significant other difference between the different types, we decided to offer the one with the highest reverse voltage stability.

The 1N4007 rectifier diode in DO-41 package can handle a continuous current of max. 1.0A, and a max. peak revere voltage of 1000V (RMS = 700V).
