Description
Neat and crystal clear MEGA 2560 R3 Acrylic Enclosure for CANADUINO MEGA 2560 R3 boards with Atmega16u2 USB chip. The kit is made from 2.5 mm thick, laser-cut acrylic sheets. It comes complete with the mounting bolts and nuts and includes 4 spacers as well (for minimum distance underneath the PCB).
Please compare the design of this enclosure with your actual Arduino MEGA board. There are several different designs on the market, with the reset button in the corner or the middle, with USB and power connectors in slightly different positions. Not every board will fit this enclosure perfectly. Some boards will need you to slightly modify the enclosure.
Our Arduino MEGA 2560 compatible module with Atmega16u2 USB chip fits perfectly, but our MEGA 2560 with CH340 UART doesn’t fit perfectly and needs small modifications to the acrylic enclosure in order to make it fit.

Nice case. Protects fine. Easy to assemble.

I bought this case for an Arduino mega with the reset button in the middle of the board. After assembling, all pin headers are easily accessible and both 2.8″ and 3.5″ tft displays plug right in. Board does not move at all in the case and with the addition of some rubber stick on feet I had laying around to stop it from sliding this sits on the desk completely protected , couldn’t be happier with the quality
